We begin by meeting with you to discuss your needs, lifestyle and desires, and to view images of homes you like. Then, we gather information we need to create sample designs. Once you choose a design, we tweak that design until it is just right before going into the construction phase. The design time depends on the size and complexity of the project.<\/p>\n Once we establish the style and size of the home that you would like, we will prepare a ballpark estimate for that type of house to determine if this meets your budget range. Once we determine that the budget is acceptable, we will take the various components of sample houses that you like, and work them into a design that meets your lifestyle and objectives. We will continue to tweak the plan and give you budgetary feedback until we arrive at a point where you are satisfied with your home design and budget.
