The Story

Inspired by the view and for experiencing the outdoors. After taking into account the setting, the next driving factor was designing a great retirement or empty nest home. The upstairs master suite is single depth meaning that light and views can “wrap” around all four sides! The main floor master bedroom is privately situated away from the public spaces and can serve as a wonderful guest space or, if stairs are an issue then the owner has a beautiful option of moving downstairs. Outside, the wrap around porch connects the front and back and opens up to to an large rear deck. Additionally, the upstairs master bedroom has it’s own private balcony with commanding views. The lower level provides generous rec-room and TV room spaces as well as a kitchenette /bar for entertaining. The large bedroom and bathroom completes the space and provides a wonderful option for returning family members or even live in help when the time comes. A garage option (up to three cars) is “built in” via a future breezeway to the main floor.
