Fully-Custom Home
A fully-custom home we will design with you for your land, or on a lot we have on offer. We start with your needs, such as number of bedrooms and baths; then consider your preferences for layout (ie: open plan or small cozy rooms).
Then we consider style, design and efficiency in relation to the layout and the location of the lot.
Lastly, we balance all of these considerations with your budget in order to make the most of your project.
Partially-Custom Home
A partially-custom home is similar to a fully custom home, but more cost and time effective.
Essentially, it will be based more closely on one of the homes we already have in our portfolio.
We add minor changes to the design to better suit your needs and the finishes will be to your preferences.
